Complaints & Returns
Do you want to return or complain about a product? Returning your order is easy and free. The return period is up to 30 days from delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Payment
All transactions are secure and encrypted.
- We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and cash on delivery.
- We accept Visa and Mastercard.
- Bank transfers are possible, but may take up to 3 business days to process.
- Cash on delivery can be paid in cash or by credit card to the courier.
Additional fees may apply for international card payments - we recommend checking with your bank before placing your order.
If your card is connected to 3D-Secure (MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa), your identity will be verified directly with your bank during payment.

Transport
We ship orders from our warehouse in Prague. You can find the estimated delivery date when selecting the quantity.
Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address or delivery method, nor any order details such as product, quantity, size or color. You can track the status of your order in your Dorsøen account or via the link provided in the shipment email.
